Nothing.

The partying in the hotel and yelling at 3 am, lack of service, hospitality there was none.

This hotel is supposed to be a Westin that, to me, means that I should get outstanding service. It was the other end of the spectrum. It started with the parking jockey and continued the rest of my stay. My final night there they had some type of party there where there were kids running up and down the halls until 5 am. I awoke to a fight in the hall way and a guy being slammed up against my door. I mentioned this the next morning upon check out and the front desk manager said "oh sorry sometimes that happens". Very elegant. Very comfortable.

There was a charge for parking. Also, they did not give me a key to the mini bar.

Very nice hotel...very nice room. Would have preferred a King Size bed instead of two full size, but forgot to ask upon checking in, and I didn't want to go all the way downstairs to change rooms. I hate staying in hotels that charge for parking and for internet service...I usually choose hotels that do not charge. ...read more

Clean room at a good price in a central location.

Parking although plentiful was $15/night. Parking & Wi-Fi should always be included.

It's proximity to the convention center.

Restaurant was expensive, but convenient for afternoon tea.

The West in Long Beach was an attractive, clean, hotel that was just across from the convention center. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The room was clean but smelled horrible. Wall were paper thin and I could hear the noise.
